I must have been sick when this email arrived. Since ShaunInman.com is a finalist in the juried 2005 SXSW Web Awards that means it’s also in the running for this year’s People’s Choice Award. Fortunately you can vote once a day so there’s still a few days left to make it up to me if you were voting for one of those other sites all along.
Ah yes, the spirits are much improved now that I can keep them in my belly—where they belong.

A new version of ShortStat would really help people vote I would think :)
Hehe, don’t push your luck. There’s been some snags on the higher volume sites that have been beta testing it…I’m now on my third time rewriting it. I think I’ve found a middle ground that will work for most interested parties. But since it’s a new rewrite that means more beta testing.
I’ve been thinking of changing the name too, LongStat or possibly ShortHorn. What do you guys think?

definitely you’ll be having a lot of votes. btw, I think shortstat should have something unique and funky name to swap with, because some are addicts in viewing their site stats. ;)

I Don’t Mean to Be Rude, but…this site loads too slow, the conversation borders on gibberish, the font is condescendingly bleak. Your latest post CHOO-CHOO-CHOOSE ME is pathetic at best. The flow of content is erratic. The information is rather useless. Why would I come back again? What for? The award was obviously given to you because it is 100% original code (I hope) and is very nice. But Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand also have good solid structure and form, but their music still sucks. Hope this helps you.
